ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed and received within 14 days after our ship date for a refund or exchange. Item must include your name and invoice, order or transaction number to properly credit your return. Any items returned to us that are not in original condition or after 14 days will not be issued a refund. Shipping charges are not refunded. 901-317-7697
We appreciate you shopping with us. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to exchange your merchandise. If the following criteria are not met, we are unable to refund/exchange.
- Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days from our ship date.
- Final sale (no returns) on all sale items
- Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed,unaltered, and with original tags attached to the merchandise.
- Please use a traceable method when you are returning your package.
- You may exchange your items for a new size or different merchandise as long as it is within 14 days and as long as there is stock available when we receive the item back. We can only exchange for the same item but a different size and if available. If you are wanting another item or pattern, order will have to be refunded and you will have to place a new order for the other item.
- You will be responsible for a shipping charge when new item is sent out.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. If items are returned, shipping discount will no longer apply and your refund will be less the shipping cost.
